On Monday evening Duffey offers an English as a Second Language Class from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m.. This free class relies on volunteers to help participants practice their english speaking skills. Classes have currently ended for Fall 2010.

Duffey assists families in our community during both the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. The church prepares food baskets during both holidays. Additionally church members "adopt" local children at Christmas, providing an outfit and toy for each child. Church members may donate canned or boxed foods or make monetary donations to support these efforts.

2011 baskets will be delivered  Saturday, November 19 and Saturday, December 17. Donations are needed by the Thursday before distribution. Baskets are assembled on Friday.
